This place was clean and had very good staff and food. I really enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was cosy with an incredible view. The easy check-in process too.

It made my trip to Leeds a very comfortable experience. Lovely location, very amiable staff and the private parking was available. The breakfast was good hot and had plenty of food. I loved smooth check in too.

The staff is fabulous here, the services are very efficient, and location is perfect adjacent to canal, shopping facilities and the centre. It offered fine buffet breakfast for the price.
